You will be joining a leading global bank as a document negotiator in a team that focuses on flexibility, support and inclusion.
About the Company

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating the document framework of master agreements for trading financial products, including prime brokerage, custody, OTC derivatives (ISDA and CSA), exchange traded derivatives, repo (GMRA) and securities financing (GMSLA/AMSLA)
- Staying up to date with relevant trading financial products documentation developments to make sure we meet all obligations to our customers and regulators
About You
You have:
- 2-6PQE within the Australia in either in-house or private practice
- A sound technical legal knowledge of ISDA, ETD or Prime brokerage would be beneficial
- Experience in a similar document negotiator role (however there will be training in this role)
