About the Firm
With over 40 years of excellence under their belt, they are driven by a commitment to innovation that redefines the mortgage lending landscape. With over 100 employees, they are one of the largest specialised practices in Australia, providing unparalleled services to clients in all states.

About the Role
As a Paralegal, your role will be integral to the smooth running of the firm's operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and external parties.
  • Arranging settlements (paper and PEXA) including preparation of instructions.
  • Reviewing and collating registration documents.
  • Updating work flow milestones and systems.
  • General file management duties.

About You
The ideal candidate for this Paralegal role will bring:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Conveyancing or Banking Paralegal.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage files end to end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and flexible work approach, including being a team player.
