Special Counsel

You will be joining one of Australia's leading national law firms as Special Counsel specialising in business and commercial financing transactions, working within the banking and finance practice based in Brisbane.

• Delivering specialised advice on business finance to a range of high profile clients
• Leading and managing complex banking and finance transactions
• Mentoring lawyers and fostering their continued growth and professional development
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the banking and finance team
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• 6+ years PQE in a banking and finance practice within a reputable law firm or in-house environment
• Specialised business lending experience
• Strong skills in commercial judgement, stakeholder management and communication
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience
• Demonstrated commitment to client service
