Lawyer/Associate - Banking & Finance

You will be joining a mid to top tier Australian law firm as a Lawyer or Associate their high-performing banking and finance team based in Sydney.

• Handling diverse and challenging legal work including drafting, reviewing and finalising legal documentation
• Managing complex banking and finance transactions
• Providing advisory work across multiple legal areas
• Supporting and working closely with senior practitioners
• Advising leading financial institutions and corporate entities on complex financing arrangements
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the banking and finance practice
• Participating in a high-performing, inclusive and team-driven environment

• 2-5 years PQE from a banking and finance practice within a reputable law firm or in-house
• Strong technical skills in banking and finance and transnational work
• Demonstrated commitment to client service with excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills
