This is an 8 month contract role based in Sydney CBD with occasional off site visits.
Seeking an experienced Insurance Litigator who will report on significant legal matters surrounding Workers Insurance legislation. The successful candidate will be reporting on potential implications of decisions and solve complex legal matters connected to workers compensation claims.
Litigation Specialist key role requirements:
- Admitted as legal practitioner of NSW
- Private practice or government experience
- Previous management experience
- Commitment to customer service
- Results driven
- Must have experience with workers insurance legislation
- Understanding financial issues such as planning and risk is desirable
The organisation is looking for a specialist who enjoys working autonomously and acts with integrity at all times. The candidate must undertake a Criminal Record Check.
