What you'll do:

As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be refining your existing commercial litigation skills while developing a comprehensive understanding of restructuring and insolvency. Your role will involve providing specialist advice to various stakeholders, including company boards, liquidators, receivers, administrators and bankruptcy trustees. You will be handling a variety of legal matters from voidable transaction claims and restructuring & turnaround strategies to general commercial disputes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and manage client relationships. This role offers the chance to work on complex cases that will challenge your technical expertise.
