Senior / Associate - Dispute Resolution

A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Senior / Associate to join its growing team in Melbourne or Sydney. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation lawyer looking to work on complex, interesting disputes within a collaborative and high-performing national practice.

This role is suited to an Associate with 3–6 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation or disputes. You will gain exposure to a diverse and high-quality mix of work, including:

• Commercial and corporate disputes, including shareholder, insolvency, and professional negligence matters
• Contractual, governance, and business disputes
• Regulatory and administrative law matters, including investigations and decision reviews
• Succession, estate, and trust disputes
• Construction and strata-related litigation

You will be given meaningful responsibility, strong client exposure, and the opportunity to develop into a confident, well-rounded disputes lawyer.

About You

You will ideally have:

• 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, disputes, or a related practice
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Sound judgment and the ability to manage matters efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine interest in disputes work
