A leading plaintiff practice is seeking a capable and driven Personal Injury Lawyer to join their high-performing Workers’ Compensation team. This is an opportunity to make a real and lasting difference for injured workers while developing your career in a supportive, values-led environment.

The Role
Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will manage a varied caseload including:

  • Workers’ compensation claims (statutory and common law)
  • Liability assessment and medical evidence review
  • Advocacy in negotiations, conciliation, and court appearances where appropriate
  • Client care and ongoing guidance through the claims process
  • Contribution to team strategy and knowledge development

    The position offers direct client engagement, mentorship from senior lawyers, and the chance to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

    About You
    The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2–6 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law (workers’ compensation experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a genuinely client-focused approach
  • Confidence in managing files and working collaboratively within a fast-paced team
  • A desire to advocate for injured workers and achieve fair outcomes
