  The Role
  
  As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising on a broad range of tax matters, including:
  
• Corporate and transactional tax structuring
• M&A and private equity related tax advice
• Income tax, CGT, and GST advisory work
• Tax aspects of restructures and reorganisations
• Advising private groups and high net worth clients
• Managing ATO engagements, rulings, and audits
• Drafting tax advice, transaction documents, and client communications
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  
  About You
  
  The ideal candidate will have:
  
• Admission as an Australian legal practitioner
• Approximately 4–8 years’ PQE in tax law
• Strong technical grounding across corporate and transactional tax
• Experience working on complex advisory and deal based matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Confidence managing matters and dealing directly with clients
• A collaborative mindset and interest in long term career progression
