Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate/Junior Lawyer to join their dynamic team. About the Role

  • Take responsibility for legal matters.
  • Support more senior lawyers and assist with legal research as required.
  • Draft and prepare court documents, correspondence and other legal documents.
  • Achieve financial goals and meet billable targets as advised by the Principal and Accounts Department.
  • Protect and promote client relationships to ensure successful outcomes for the client.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow the business for new and existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to share and build knowledge.
  • Work with paralegals and other members of staff to finalise and publish articles.

About You

  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of office systems.
  • Previous experience in a law firm while undertaking study is preferred but not essential.
