Senior/Associate - Property or Construction Lawyer

An award-winning national commercial firm is looking to welcome a Property & Construction Lawyer to its growing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a practice that combines high-quality leasing work with sophisticated front-end construction matters for a diverse client base.

The role includes:

• Acting on commercial, retail, and industrial leasing matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, consultancy agreements, and procurement documentation
• Advising on front-end risk allocation for development and infrastructure projects
• Working directly with clients ranging from growing businesses to national enterprises
• Contributing to a modern, tech-enabled practice with streamlined systems and strong admin support
  
  About you:
• 2–5 years’ PAE in property, construction, or a mixed commercial practice
• Strong drafting skills and confidence managing files with supervision available
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with direct client interaction
• Enjoys a collaborative culture and continuous learning
