KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy generating innovative marketing opportunities to grow sales and further elevate the brand image
Maintain impeccable budget and expenses report to maximise opportunities within budget while preventing overspend
Some regular domestic and ad hoc international travel to be expected (third party retailer meetings, boutique events, client activations, press events etc)
Work with the Head of the company to develop initial briefs and liaise with the relevant PR/ Advertising agency to coordinate the campaign roll-out
Collaborate with the sales team to develop joined marketing plans with selected wholesale partners
Develop customized digital media artwork – eDM’s, website banners, social media and stock image re-sizing
Regularly audit website and online boutique for errors or improvements and coordinate necessary corrections
Event planning – Execute and oversee product launches, journalist events, gifting, pop-up shops
Liaise with stores (Boutique and Wholesale) to develop and coordinate
customer events
Assess potential digital/sponsorship partnerships
Liaise with media partners with the development and roll-out of campaign
material
Develop and update social media sites – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,YouTube
Conduct market analysis on competitor brands activities across all aspect of marketing/PR channels
Analyse the results obtained from the digital marketing plan in conjunction with digital PR/ Advertising agency
Prepare presentations for internal meetings and sales conferences.
Assist in the co-ordination of presentations for meetings and the sales conference
Development of monthly reports
Coordinate the execution of shop in shop fit out build and installation
Place regular orders of POS material and gifts
Liaise with brand partners to execute marketing plans
Participate to maintaining relationships with key stake holders such has major
publications, landlords, key opinion leaders, partner brands etc.
