Working very closely with the Founder and Managing Director this marketing role will be responsible for all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undergo training and become the champion of the CRM marketing module.
• Ensure a high level of hygiene and cleansing of customer data for accuracy – company and contact records.
• Building customer profile data by leveraging events and marketing campaigns or via access through other business systems.
• Social media management of contacts and connections within CRM.
• Overall management, delivery and reporting of digital campaigns and events within CRM (working with other stakeholders for content).
• Calendar management of CRM activities, including marketing related activities and other.
• Idea generation for proposed activities necessary for customer engagement.
• Event and campaign reporting (ROI).
• Establish and maintain relationships between my client and vendor MDF contacts
• Develop a calendar of events with strategic vendors and regular relationship nurturing and management in the interests of seeking more MDF.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing and other key stakeholders on value proposition strategy from vendor proposal for MDF through to invitation and physical event execution.
• Preparing and executing campaigns and events (including marketing collateral, invitations, working with the sales organisation to identify attendees, supplier payments).
• Work strategically with stakeholders to maximise event effectiveness (including seating placements, tailoring to particular interests).
• Develop and work with the marketing team on templates and brochure-ware for events (including marketing tools).
The Ideal Candidate:
• At least 3-5 years’ of marketing experience in a corporate environment.
• Appropriate relevant or professional experience and training in media/communications/engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing media and communications strategies that deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage complex programs and projects.
• Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to liaise with a diversity of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Performance-oriented with demonstrated ability to act with a high level of independence, initiative, problem solving, analysis and judgment to provide accurate and appropriate outcomes.
• Advanced word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, database, and e-mail skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Friendly, cheerful and personable.
• Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
