Campaign and Marketing Operations Coordinator
This role is pivotal in orchestrating and optimising marketing campaigns and operational processes. Experience with B2B marketing ideally within the technology industry preferred.
What you'll do:
- Assist the field marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Update and streamline marketing processes and work flows to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Maintain and organise marketing assets and resources.
- Support digital campaigns such as monthly drumbeat nurture email program.
What you bring:
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms Marketo, CRM system Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset, with a focus on measuring and optimising campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with B2B Marketing, ideally having worked with a large global technology company.
