Retail Marketing Specialist
Become a key player in the marketing team as a Retail Marketing Specialist, your mission will be to develop and implement engaging onsite campaigns that drive business growth and connect with millions of Aussie shoppers.
What you'll do:
- Lead and execute weekly promotion, acquisition, and retention campaigns to fuel business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative/brand, social media, email, digital marketing, merchandisers, Product, UX, analysts, and legal to deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Deliver on business goals through leading on focus categories incentive plans.
- Generate standardised reporting for all campaigns to track performance, report on critical metrics, and recommend next steps.
- Drive innovation and engagement in the company’s promotion playbook.
- Develop and implement engaging onsite campaigns that drive business growth and connect with millions of shoppers.
What you bring:
- Strong marketing background with experience in digital marketing channels.
- Retail or e-commerce experience preferred.
- Agile and thrives under pressure; adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and establish relationships across the organisation, with a drive to hit financial targets.
- Customer-centric approach, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
