Head of Marketing - Influencer & Social

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Gen Z and Millennial segments, building strong influencer and community relationships, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll craft and execute market-specific strategies, champion sustainability, and scale innovative campaigns that resonate with today’s conscious and connected consumers.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and execute influencer and social strategies tailored to Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
• Leverage social media and creator economy trends to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Identify and scale entrepreneurial marketing initiatives that unlock new growth opportunities.
• Align local marketing efforts with global brand strategy while providing market insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling marketing teams.
• Strong social media fluency and a sharp eye for digital and influencer trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience launching or scaling marketing initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior.

Preferred Background

• Experience in top-tier marketing agencies, especially in influencer or fashion marketing.
• Background in management consulting with a pivot into marketing, fashion, or startups.
• Experience in tech companies focused on user growth or community building.
• A hybrid background across agency and fashion sectors is highly valued.
