Seeking an experienced Communications Specialist! You will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of our client's brand

What you'll do:

• Creating and executing a comprehensive internal communications plan aligned.
• Producing compelling written and visual content for various communication channels, ensuring that the content is informative, relevant, and engaging.
• Proactively seek and gather compelling narratives from clients and employees, ensuring stories resonate with a diverse target audience and support organisational objectives.
• Oversee and maintain internal communication platforms such as the intranet site and employee newsletters. Monitor channel effectiveness and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles with experience in change management communications.
• Excellent copy writing and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
