Communications Manager

Our client is seeking a passionate Communications Manager to join their Member Education team on a 6-month contract. In this essential role, you'll develop and deliver a leading education program that helps members understand their superannuation and enhance their retirement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a market-leading member education program.
• Engage members and contribute to their retention.
• Create impactful, customer-centric materials.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the development and delivery of member education webinars and seminar programs.
• Handle communications for large-scale member engagement events, such as the Annual Members’ Meeting.
• Collaborate with Workplace Education Managers to develop educational materials and content for key clients.
• Write and develop educational content, including fact sheets, articles, web content, and videos.
• Collaborate with the Customer and Growth team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years in communications or member education, with at least 5 years in the financial services or superannuation industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business; RG146 qualification (desirable).
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective communications strategies. Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to simplify complex information is essential. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
