Overview
You will join a renowned, glaobl brand and be the heartbeat of their direct‑to‑customer communication. Lead the planning, prioritisation and delivery of customer-focused campaigns across all their key channels, sitting within the broader marketing team. This is a role where you will be the go-to person for all things customer journey, and translate a high volume of business requests into key delivery plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the delivery of high-impact strategies to boost customer engagement and achieve business outcomes
- Translate briefs and business requirements into clear channel strategies.
- Manage and prioritise creative/design workloads, representing the department in marketing meetings and events.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaigns deliver customer‑first experiences and commercial impact.

Drives strategy and execution across email, app, SMS, push and onsite to deliver seamless, high‑impact customer journeys.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading marketing or campaign teams, with a strong strategic and customer centric mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise high‑volume stakeholder requests and influence decision making.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with the capacity to removing blockers and create clarity, enabling the team to operate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into structured plans and scalable customer journeys.
