We are undergoing an exciting growth phase as we shift more of our focus to digital investment, and this role will play a key part in that growth. You’ll be responsible for SEO, SEM, affiliate channels and digital marketing, driving qualified traffic to our Online Store channels (including conversion), with a focus on ROI/ROAS as well as day-to-day operations.
About the role:
- Work closely with the eCommerce team to determine the monthly Store Always On/Branding Digital Marketing strategy, executing & reporting weekly on learnings
- Work with the Digital & eCommerce teams to identify valuable customer segments including our target audience, developing behavioural insights to ensure effective planning around campaigns, measurement and reporting
- Align with our key Business Units around monthly product focus, driving sell-thru for key product SKUs
- Manage eCommerce analytics & reporting, including Google Analytics/Adobe
- Working on budget forecasting and reporting with the Finance team
- Create content briefs for agency/internal Digital Team
- Perform weekly optimisations, including identifying keyword expansion opportunities on top performers in Google Search & Shopping
- Relationship management with our Google, Facebook, Adroll Account Managers to identify trends to stay competitive and learn industry best practice in analytics and reporting
- Assist in creating briefs for agency/internal digital to make new content such as HTML5 Display, Native or Video assets that can be used across multiple channels
About you:
- At least 3 years’ experience in performance marketing for a consumer brand
- Passion for consumer electronics
- Hands on experience with scaling paid channels (social and search) with proven success in keeping CACs low
- Demonstrated results in testing and scaling new digital channels (acquisition & conversion)
- Strong copywriting & grammar skills
- Extremely strong data-analysis & presentation skills
- Ability to analyse performance of all paid media channels together strategically and holistically
- Proficient with Facebook, Search, Display advertising, Youtube, Pinterest, Affiliate programmes, Google Analytics and Tag Management (Tealium)
