The Content Marketing & Social Media specialist will create external and internal content across all digital platforms as well as implementing the internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

External Content Creation

- Create external content in line with group guidelines across all digital platforms.

- Own customer digital journey - research and track keywords that drive/ can drive traffic to the website.

- Work with the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to engage with global marketing teams and leaders to understand business plans and develop content and social media - related processes, tools and materials to support growth needs.

- Create, maintain and roll out a social media content calendar as well as employee advocacy content creation and distribution.

Internal Content Creation & Communications

- Support Global and Regional Internal Communications in driving/ adapting global comms strategic activities.

- Manage and execute the internal weekly newsletter.

- Create internal communications materials including but limited to posters, invitations, emails etc.

Agencies

- Liaison with external agencies to create the content for external and internal communication channels.

Events/ Sponsorship, Internal Comms and Responsibility Teams

- Support Senior Brand & Sponsorship Specialist to develop content related to Global and Local sponsorship programs.
