Digital Marketing Officer

Primary Function:
As the Digital Marketing Officer you will help manage and optimise the universities online presence through effective use of a Content Management System.
You will be responsible for migrating existing web pages to new templates and supporting the tagging and organisation of the universities digital assets.

Key Accountabilities:
• Migrate content from old website templates to new ones, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines throughout the process.
• Tag and organise digital assets within the content management system to ensure easy retrieval, consistency, and optimal use across various digital platforms.
• Support with the reorganisation of website content into a new information architecture, ensuring logical flow, usability, and alignment with user experience best practices.
• Collect and help analyse website data, ensuring accurate tracking of key performance metrics to support informed decision-making and reporting processes.
• Support the development of web authoring guides that help facilitate the presentation and promotion of recurring large events and strategic priorities on websites and owned channels
• Provide support to the digital marketing team with various tasks and responsibilities as they arise, ensuring flexibility and timely execution of initiatives.
