As the Digital Marketing Officer, you'll create and deliver engaging content that enhances brand presence and resonates with target audiences. You'll manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and web, crafting compelling messaging that aligns with business goals. Collaborating closely with the team, you'll bring creative ideas to life, analyse campaign results, and help shape a strong and authentic digital voice.

As the Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for driving and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy. Your role will focus on creating and delivering engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand presence, build audience engagement, and support business goals. You'll manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website updates, and more, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.

You will work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, bringing creative ideas to life, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance. Your expertise in content creation and digital marketing tools will be key to developing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, website, and paid ads.

  • Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that speaks to the target audience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.

  • Maintain and optimise content across digital platforms to ensure up-to-date, relevant, and engaging messaging.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

  • Report on KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, content creation, or communications, with a proven track record of managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.

  • Digital Tools: Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools and basic content management systems (CMS).

  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills, with experience in developing compelling, on-brand content for digital channels.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign data and metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

  • Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and an ability to craft content that captures attention and resonates with the target audience.

  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable but not Essential:

  • Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Knowledge of the industry or sector (but not a requirement).

Key Personal Attributes:

  • Strategic thinker: Ability to think both creatively and analytically to meet goals and drive results.

  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail when creating and curating content.

  • Adaptable and flexible: Ability to pivot and adjust strategies based on evolving needs and feedback.

  • Self-motivated: Driven, proactive, and able to work independently to deliver results.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your ideas will be heard and valued.

  • A creative and dynamic work environment with room for growth and professional development.

  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on the brand’s growth and success.
