Partner Marketing Specialist

What you'll do:
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with key partners within the partner network, acting as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Report on campaign performance for partners by analysing data, deriving actionable insights, and recommending strategies that drive measurable growth opportunities.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners by supporting them through the application process and ensuring they have access to all necessary resources for effective promotion.
- Set clear, measurable goals aimed at improving partner performance while aligning with broader organisational objectives to ensure sustained business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify innovative opportunities for expanding the partner network.
- Actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to remain informed about market developments and strengthen professional connections.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing campaigns by providing creative assets and promotional materials to partners.
- Own the end-to-end process of scheduling, communicating, and executing affiliate partner campaigns as well as managing rate changes effectively.
What you bring:
- A background in marketing supported by at least four years’ experience managing owned digital channels within fast-moving environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration or Communications which underpins your practical expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in account management—ideally within affiliate marketing or digital advertising—showcasing your ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Outstanding communication abilities paired with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport quickly and maintain lasting partnerships.
- A self-motivated approach combined with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets through diligent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams where adaptability and teamwork are essential for delivering successful outcomes.
- A keen interest in staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements relevant to digital marketing.
