Play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position provides a unique chance to work closely with various business units, understanding their processes from both B2B and B2C perspectives, and aligning the marketing strategy accordingly.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of shaping the brand. You will lead the development of campaigns in consultation with key stakeholders. Your role will involve crafting engaging content across various platforms, leading market research efforts, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders, reporting on key performance metrics, managing digital content schedules, planning photographic shoots, leading company events management, participating in quality assurance processes, among other duties. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving our client's growth in the aviation industry.

  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives sales, and enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Mentoring and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
  • Crafting professional, engaging, and creative content for a range of marketing mediums including social media platforms, website, intranet, and marketing collateral.
  • Leading market research and providing input into various marketing and communications activities.
  • Providing expert marketing advice to internal stakeholders to maximise sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Reporting on data analytics associated with the marketing strategy, including SEO, providing insight, and recommendations to optimise performance.
  • Building and maintaining a schedule of digital content for social media channels.

What you bring:

The ideal Marketing Specialist will bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising. You will have a solid understanding of marketing principles and methodologies, coupled with excellent communication skills. Your ability to deliver consistent messaging across various platforms will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring all projects are completed within set deadlines. Your enthusiasm, energy, and customer-focused approach will make you an invaluable addition to the team.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or an associated discipline or a minimum of 3 years' marketing experience.
  • Experience within the aviation and aerospace industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working in a marketing role that has a strong digital element.
  • Proven experience using Google Analytics, Google Ad words and social media advertising.
  • Solid knowledge and detailed understanding of marketing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to deliver consistent messaging across a range of digital platforms and other marketing collateral.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
