This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will be working closely with partners and executive assistants, contributing directly to the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business leads and draft professional correspondence
  • Maintain and manage the HubSpot database ensuring accurate information
  • Develop and manage content for various communication channels
  • Organise and manage diaries for marketing activities including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Plan, organise, and manage firm-hosted events and conferences
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging digital content for marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the marketing and promotion of the firm's attendance at external conferences and events
  • Maintain and update the firm’s website aligning with marketing strategies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Business or Marketing bachelor’s degree or similar qualification
  • Familiarity with legal concepts, terminology, and databases can be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Team player mindset is crucial as you'll work closely with legal professionals, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating professional integrity in all business dealings is paramount.
  • Previous experience in marketing or marketing analytics within the legal sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Extensive experience managing and updating CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
