Our client, a global leader in active fixed income with deep expertise across public and private markets, is seeking an enthusiastic and effective Marketing Associate. This role offers the opportunity to build a career in financial services, working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts of their Australian business. The organisation prides itself on its high-performance inclusive culture, celebrating diverse thinking and investing in its people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing plans
  • Work with design and paid media agency to ensure timely production and delivery of paid media assets
  • Coordinate with external vendors in the production of email newsletters, webcasts, and client marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing events
  • Gather and analyse metrics for marketing-related activities, prepare campaign and post-event reports
  • Conduct competitor research to identify marketing trends and insights
  • Ensure all materials produced are fully compliant with regulations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other business-related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ marketing experience in the financial services industry
  • Solid understanding of the Australian investment management industry including investment products
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
