An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join a highly respected investment firm based in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and investor communications across digital platforms, print media, and live events to ensure timely execution and maximum impact.
  • Support the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content such as newsletters, videos, social media posts, and webinars that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns from conception through to analysis, including assisting with website content updates to keep information current and relevant.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral including fund factsheets, presentations, brochures, and event materials while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing fund updates, reports, and announcements by collaborating closely with investment teams, distribution partners, investor relations specialists, and compliance officers.
  • Coordinate approval workflows for all external communications to guarantee alignment with AFSL and ASIC marketing regulations.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor and industry events by managing logistics such as invitations, venue coordination, supplier liaison, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Develop targeted electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns while analysing performance metrics to inform future strategies and reporting outcomes effectively.
  • Maintain the company website by actioning monthly and quarterly performance updates as well as responding promptly to ad hoc digital requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Track overall marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email metrics while assisting in maintaining comprehensive internal trackers for campaign results.

What you bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience working in a marketing role within financial services, funds management or professional services environments where attention to detail is paramount.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills enabling you to manage several projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities from various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities coupled with strong proofreading skills that ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and engaging.
  • Familiarity with leading email marketing platforms such as Pardot or Campaign Monitor along with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • A solid understanding of financial services compliance requirements as well as best practices for effective communication within regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications combined with basic design or layout experience using Adobe Creative Suite products such as InDesign or Photoshop.
  • Experience supporting event logistics including venue coordination, supplier management, invitation handling, collateral preparation, and post-event administration.
  • Ability to maintain meticulous records through organised file management systems while ensuring version control over all marketing materials produced.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with internal teams including investment professionals, distribution partners, investor relations staff members as well as external suppliers.
  • A commitment to continuous learning demonstrated by your willingness to embrace new technologies or processes that enhance overall team performance.
