A Different Way to Work, By Design
This organisation operates a deliberately structured work rhythm designed to support sustained leadership performance. Working hours are intentionally contained, with clear boundaries between external delivery and internal focus.
Expectations remain high. The structure exists to create space for clear thinking, better decision making, and consistent execution over the long term. It is not designed to reduce accountability.
The Mandate
This is not a marketing role. It is a growth leadership seat.
You will sit on the Leadership Team and take full ownership of the growth number. Your responsibility is to design, build, and scale a predictable acquisition engine across multiple markets.
You will architect paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, implement automated lead qualification, and manage conversion performance end to end. You will lead a lean offshore team of specialists with clear cadence, accountability, and standards.
You will partner with a CO-FOUNDER brand lead who governs brand integrity through a documented protocol. You own commercial outcomes.
This is a build role. The calendar is blank. The stack is evolving. There is no inherited playbook to follow.
What Success Looks Like
Within weeks, you are running a tight weekly growth rhythm with clear dashboards and a visible scorecard. Paid campaigns are live and producing momentum in the first market before expanding interstate and into an international expat segment.
Cost per discovery session is under control. Webinars, referrals, and testimonials are operating as systems, not experiments. Decisions are made from data, not opinion. AI enabled tools are part of daily work, not a side project.
You know your number every week. So does the rest of the Leadership Team.
The Profile We're Looking For
This role is designed for a premium growth leader, not a generalist.
You bring at least five year's experience in growth or performance marketing within high consideration categories such as property, financial services, or adjacent sectors. You are fluent in managing paid media budgets at scale and have built or rebuilt funnels end to end.
You have led offshore or distributed teams before and know how to do it properly. This includes clear briefs, quality control, cadence, and accountability.
You are comfortable working inside a disciplined, high performance operating framework. We operate a framework of tools that aligns, focuses, and holds teams accountable to accelerate business growth.
Most importantly, you want to own a number, be measured weekly, and be accountable for outcomes, not activity.
If any of this feels like a stretch, this role will not be the right fit.

You respect brand governance and understand the distinction between commercial ownership and brand authority. You are a builder who creates structure where none exists. You thrive in environments with weekly scorecards, clear expectations, and direct feedback.
