Contract Administrator

Reporting into the Senior Contracts Administrator, this role will be based on site within the project delivery team. You will be responsible for the effective management and administration of all subcontractors and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of administration of subcontract and supplier contracts.
• Compile and assessing subcontractor variation claims, RFI’s, NOD’s and EOT’s.
• Preparing monthly reporting against forecast and programme.
• Assist with updating and monitoring the contract system and ensure commercial information remains accurate and confidential.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation requirements the ability to interpret and apply to contracts.
• Proven contracts Administration experience in large infrastructure or built projects.
