HR and Recruitment Administrator

As a Human Resources and Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advertising positions on job boards, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and finalising contract agreements. Your empathetic nature will shine through as you identify strategies to improve the employee experience. You will also manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported from their very first day. Additionally, your role will involve various administrative duties related to human resources.

What's involved:

End-to-end recruitment including talent pooling, screening, scheduling and partaking in interviews
Collaborating with hiring managers to determine position requirements and advertising on job boards
Assisting in drafting and issuing employment contracts and payroll documents
Finalising contract agreements and accounting for onboarding processes
Identifying strategies to improve employee experience
Managing onboarding processes such as issuing IT requests, HR inductions, ensuring first day runs smoothly
Performing general administrative duties such as raising HR internal requisitions e.g. uniform requisitions, scheduling and planning appointments related to HR (medical appointments)


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources and Recruitment Administrator role is someone who brings proven experience in HR or recruitment administration. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build connections across all levels of the organisation. Your excellent organisational skills will allow you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A strong commitment to improving the employee experience will be at the heart of everything you do. Your experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes will be invaluable, as will your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proven experience in Human Resources or Recruitment Administration
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels within the organisation
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong commitment towards improving employee experience
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
