This contract role, based in Melbourne's inner west, will see you working on two of the state's largest ongoing civil infrastructure projects. You will apply your substantial expertise to coordinating the various teams and engaging with the community but delivering on project timelines in a cost and time effective manner.
You will be working with a variety of teams both public and private sector and engaging with the community to facilitate the preliminary works and development on these two civil projects. You will be dealing with a number of highly emotive issues and thus will have the skills to collaborate and negotiate with all parties to ensure that delivery timelines are met.
Ideally you will have had substantial civil engineering, building/construction and project management experience, the more diverse the better. However roads/rail and public realm assets experience will be very highly regarded.
- Formal qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management (or similar) are essential for this role
- Experience with roads, rail, public realm assets will be highly regarded
- Experience working with Victorian Public Sector will be highly regarded
- MUST have valid working rights for Australia
