Project Manager

The Opportunity:

Looking to add a dedicated and capable project manager to lead the development of a major project pipeline of complex education, transport and health infrastructure projects in Brisbane. The role requires a demonstrable ability to drive and manage complex capital works projects from feasibility through to final project delivery. This is a max term position for up to 12 months.

To be considered for this role you must be comfortable with managing projects up to a capital value of $120M (or higher). You will have successfully demonstrated ability to lead and manage capital projects, work within a team and have capacity to provide high level strategic and professional advice.

Key Requirements:

• Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, collaboratively resolving issues, ensuring effective project delivery and a high degree of stakeholder satisfaction
• Oversee the development of project budget and delivery programmes to inform and monitor project delivery, and to assist in the assessment of project opportunities
• Ensuring projects are managed to achieve the client’s scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements
• Formally close and sign-off on projects, ensuring that lessons learnt are documented within the program and project evaluation report

Key Responsibilities:

• A proven track record in the construction and delivery of high value infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural and finishing disciplines
• Ability to manage subcontractors in a collaborative manner
• A commitment to health and safety
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
