Senior Project Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Establish and evaluate Key Performance Objectives of the Project Team
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the portfolio of projects in accordance with safely, technical, environmental and operational requirements.
• Manage and lead the project and integrate the team across the business.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective services to stakeholders by managing departmental activity.
• Mentor and coach and guide your team of Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Engineers.
• Optimise the efficiency and productivity of resources to ensure that resourcing levels are balanced with business needs.
• Provide strategic direction and advice to project teams on project delivery methodologies using PMBOK guidelines.
• Review and approve project execution plans.
• Assist in the tender development process. process will contribute significantly to the overall success of each project.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management and delivery capabilities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate in this opportunity position brings a wealth of experience in major project management in complex environments within sectors such as oil & gas, energy, or water.

• Minimum of 15 years of Major Project Management experience in oil, gas, energy, water sectors
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading, supervising and developing staff.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills and experience in working with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of PMBOK.
• Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong leadership abilities with capacity to motivate and lead teams to achieve project objectives.
