Project Manager

A growing Perth-based business delivering projects across the mining and civil sectors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their operations team.

With a strong pipeline of work ranging from short-duration jobs through to multi-year projects, this role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery in a hands-on, operational environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients, you’ll play a key role in coordinating resources, maintaining performance, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing project delivery from planning through to completion
• Coordinating teams, subcontractors and site activities
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality and company standards
• Monitoring project performance and resolving issues as they arise
• Managing variations, contracts and project documentation
• Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership

About You

You will be a practical, delivery-focused Project Manager who is confident operating in a fast-paced environment and comfortable taking ownership of projects on the ground.

To be successful, you will bring:

• 5 years experience delivering projects within mining, civil or contractor environments
• Strong operational mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors and site teams
• Solid understanding of project coordination, contracts and variations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
