Two separate project teams delivering sustaining capital works across a major WA mining operation. Project Managers lead full lifecycle delivery from initiation to execution, while Project Engineers support planning, coordination and site execution. Projects span infrastructure upgrades including buildings and conveyor systems, within a structured, safety-driven environment.

Project Managers & Project Engineers (Multiple Roles)

PM FIFO | PE Perth-Based | WA Mining Projects

We are seeking Project Managers (FIFO) and Project Engineers (Perth-based) to support sustaining capital projects within a major WA mining operation. These roles sit across two separate teams, offering exposure to a strong pipeline of infrastructure upgrades.

Project Managers (FIFO – 5/2 & 4/3)

Join a site-based delivery team leading end-to-end project execution across sustaining capital works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through initiation, definition, and execution phases
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk
• Oversee contractors and drive site delivery outcomes
• Engage stakeholders across site and corporate teams
• Report via internal systems (SAP, planning tools)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience delivering capital or sustaining projects in mining/heavy industry
• Strong project lifecycle knowledge
• Exposure to SAP and project systems (e.g. Planview)
• Technically minded with strong delivery focus
• Ability to work FIFO, 12-hour days

Project Engineers (Perth-Based – Design Focus)

Join a design-focused engineering team, supporting project development and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering design development and coordination
• Work closely with PMs and stakeholders across project phases
• Assist with technical documentation and design deliverables
• Ensure alignment between design and project execution
• Support planning, scheduling, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in project engineering within mining or heavy industry
• Strong design and engineering coordination background
• Familiarity with SAP or project systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
