The Sales Fulfillment Administrator will be working for an Australian Technology (IT) company located in North Sydney. As a Sales Fulfillment Administrator, the main responsibility of this role will be to coordinate between the customers of the business as well as logistics providers for deployment, and support the implementation of improvements to drive efficiencies.
- The Sales Fulfillment Administrator will gather information, working along side operational employees
- Continually analyse, develop, and update methods of working and procedures within the sales fulfillment team to meet customer expectations and exceed the business needs
- Provide relevant, reliable and accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Manage complex challenges within logistics deployment and manage stakeholders accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Experience in a fast paced customer service environment
- End to end sales support
- 3-5 years working in a largely similar, customer services, sales supporting role dealing with logistics deployment within IT or electronics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Logistic/administrative qualifications will be highly regarded
- MS Office experience (especially Excel)
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
