Operations Coordinator

Fast-growing electronics company is looking for an Operations Coordinator with supply / logistics experience to join their team. You will be part of a global business and provide excellent service to their ANZ Customers. (Full working rights are required for this role.)

• Pays $75k- 85k + super

Key responsibilities:

• Order management: Order intake, order output, order change requests.
• Manage supply issues, allocation, product availability etc. (toward customers and Sales)
• Ensure Partners are following Commercial returns policies to process returns, work with sales to approve exceptions
• Report generations on order patterns, back-order management, and revenue reports.
• Prepare and maintain SOP’s for special customer requirements in alignment with company policy
• Manage customer complaints (returns, picking errors, lost shipments, damages)
• Work with the APAC planning and fulfilment team
• Ensure Orders are shipped out (ensure that orders are being processed to the warehouse and any shipment issues are prioritized and resolved for customers.
• Participate in end of month and end of quarter Business Review Meetings to inform the status of orders related to goals being met.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or another relevant field
• Experience working across import/export
• Mandarin speaking (beneficial)
• Proven experience working with Excel and ERP systems. AX would be a plus
• Great communication and engagement skills
