As the BPO Relationship Manager you will build and deploy and best practice Business Process Outsourcing. You will achieve this by implementing an end to end framework to include partner relationship management, solutions design and governance management, change management and contract management.

You will have a passion for BPO Operational and relationship management with both vendor and stakeholders at all levels of complexity. To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in developing over-arching communications strategies to embed new deficiencies and ways of working effectively as a BPO solutions team.
Key accountabilities:
Driving the alignment of my client and partner strategies, working proactively with internal stakeholders, measuring and monitoring performance through formal governance frameworks and identifying innovation opportunities.
- Support Team Leader and understand demand (new projects, staff augmentation requests) and objectives of Business to support planning activity during Solution Design
- During Solution Design workshop - Actively participate in sessions relating to SLAs/KPIs and commercials and in other sessions as required or appropriate
- Create the road-map for the outsourcing strategy, work with the business to put together the operational change plan and processes for the impacts to the outsourcing solution
- Mange the end to end life-cycle of the outsourcing of processes, services and operational matters across the organisation, this could range from shared services, HR, ICT, payroll and Contact Centre to name a few service and operation solutions
- During the outsourcing transition work with the vendor(s) as the business relationship manager to assist them with mitigating the impacts to the businesses operations during this transition
- Post outsourcing of a solution you will be required to maintain and manage the internal impacts, challenges and operations that are may be affected by this outsourced service
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of managing enterprise wide outsourcing within a large organisation
- Prior experience operating within a managed service organisation or consultancy is desired
- Core understanding of the e2e lifecycle of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and off-shoring is required
- Highly favourable to have a background in a consultancy or industry experience in Insurance or financial services
- Advantageous to have experience within managing contact centre or shared service outsourcing
- Proven track record of managing the engaged vendor for outsourcing, including the contract and vendor management.
- Adaptable approach to communicating and leveraging relationships across an organisation
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal
- Ability to translate requirements into solutions
- Problem solver who is determined to find solutions
- Collaborated approach to relationship building
