As the Category Manager for Professional Services you will be responsible for a portfolio of category spend in the professional services space according to the developing requirements of the business.
The successful candidate will play an important role in building effective working relationships with stakeholders of all levels in a variety of challenging projects.
This Category Manager will be expected to deliver strong commercial and strategic outcomes to the business, and your ability to influence and articulate the benefits of procurement to your internal customers will be a key factor in success in this role.
- As the successful applicant you will have a proven track record of delivering effective and strategic procurement outcomes across a range of professional service categories, within the context of a challenging stakeholder group.
- You will be able to demonstrate effective techniques in engaging stakeholders and vendors in a strategic and partnership approach while maintaining the integrity of the commercial interests of the broader business.
- You will be a confident, communicative and well presented procurement professional able to work under pressure and with challenging stakeholders
