As a Procure to Pay Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of procurement and accounts payable activities within this leading provider in the utilities sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Centrally coordinate the ordering of goods and/or services in adherence to Procurement Directives and related procedures.
• Ensure timely creation of SAP purchase orders and prompt payment of invoices within specified vendor payment terms.
• Process invoices for payment in compliance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Assist in the administration of P2P activities, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing best practices and systems.
• Oversee SAP maintenance of purchase orders and invoices, including Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt (GRIR).
• Provide guidance and support to internal personnel on procurement and accounts payable activities, adhering to QMS procedures.
• Collaborate with Strategic Procurement for effective utilisation of contractual arrangements within the SAP system.
• Foster proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align with commercial contractual agreements.
• Manage the administration and reporting of Corporate Credit Cards, Cab Charge, and Bank Guarantees for the organisation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP and demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and a commitment to upholding compliance and risk management standards.
