• Analyse complex data, challenge perspectives, and make recommendations for enhanced business outcomes.
• Supervise team projects and conduct in-depth analysis to meet organisational and operational needs.
• Prepare technical reports and committee papers on major projects, research, and policy development.
• Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance procurement capabilities to improve efficiency.

About You:

• 10+ years of proven procurement experience, particularly in large-scale and complex tenders, including panel arrangements and contract implementation.
• University degree in a STEM-related field or Commerce preferred.
• Extensive category knowledge and experience in IT and Facilities Management (hard and soft) categories.
• Highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (Finance) and cloud-based Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Experience with project management approaches for end-to-end procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Experience in complex stakeholder engagement within a decentralised environment is highly desirable.

Please note, the role requires full eligibility to work in Australia, completion of a National Criminal Check, and a current/valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
