Procurement Specialist - Technology

* Melbourne CBD * 6-month max-term contract * Pays up to $140k package Robert Walters is currently partnering with a leading energy company that is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to help them with ICT sourcing activities. The role is based in Melbourne CBD and will be on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, sourcing activities and contract management.
• Manage the tender process, prepare documentation, evaluate proposals and support negotiations as required.
• Provide insights on internal spend and market intelligence through data analysis and reporting.
• Provide actionable insights through detailed data analysis and reporting on internal spend patterns as well as market intelligence to empower strategic decision-making.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements that boost the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations within the team.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Procurement or another relevant field
• Proven experience sourcing across ICT within a corporate environment
• Experience with S4Hana would be beneficial
• Excellent communication & engagement skills
