Inventory Controller

Our client is seeking an inventory controller who has worked for medium to large sized organisations with the ability to process requests to adjust site inventory levels from analysing initial requests to updating system entries upon approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control inventory levels by providing support and direction to allocate and replenish stock on sites
• Review and monitor inventory categories across all stakeholder groups to ensure components are correctly identified and moved around the supply chain to maximise availability of products
• Monitor and investigate supply and returns of rotable/repairable product to and from sites to ensure data integrity held in inventory systems
• Assist with the completion of on site physical stock takes as required once every 3 months
• Provide data to pursue and recover rotable products
• Assist with the reporting on all operational and financial rotable performance
• Liaise with internal customers to understand their local and operational requirements and provide accurate information inventory
• Utilising the organisations' supply chain tools and ERP system
• Catelouging including parts pricing

Key Requirements:

• High attention to detail with the proven ability to work in a high volume commercial environment
• Confidence to think outside the box and seek continuous improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  
• Experience in a similar role within inventory control
