Experience

• 2+ years as a Product Owner, ideally within large banking or financial services

• Deep understanding of financial products, systems, and operational processes

• Proven experience in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with HCD techniques

• Skilled at defining and communicating product vision, shaping backlogs, and leading cross-functional delivery

• Experience driving large-scale transformation across people, process, and technology

• Strong partnership-building skills and the ability to lead workshops and discovery sessions

Highly Regarded

• Exposure to AML/CTF or Sanctions regulatory frameworks
