What you'll do:
As an Organisational Development Lead, you will be instrumental in driving forward key transformation initiatives by designing and embedding strategies that enable people across the organisation to thrive. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with senior leaders, People & Culture colleagues, divisional managers, project teams, and external specialists to identify needs, develop tailored solutions, and measure their effectiveness. You will champion evidence-based approaches to learning and change management while ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive organisational assessments including environment, psychosocial risk, and cultural evaluations to inform strategic decision-making for key projects.
- Develop and implement scientifically grounded learning interventions designed to shift behaviours and mindsets in support of new ways of working with partner teams.
- Facilitate executive workshops and labs to align senior leadership around strategies that create safe environments for employees navigating change.
- Provide tailored leadership support based on assessment insights, equipping managers with coaching tools to guide their teams through periods of transition.
- Design and deliver talent management strategies, career progression pathways, and key metrics in partnership with business function stakeholders.

- Extensive knowledge of contemporary change management practices coupled with advanced project management skills applied pragmatically in commercial settings.
- Exceptional consulting abilities enabling you to build trustful partnerships with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Proven capacity for strategic thinking combined with an innovative mindset that considers both immediate needs and long-term impacts on the organisation.
- Extensive background in organisational development or organisational psychology roles; experience within financial services is desirable but not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology or related field; accreditation or exposure to psychometric/behavioural assessments is advantageous.
