Change Coordinator
You’ll work within a high-performing change team delivering one of the largest ERP transformations in the education sector. Supporting a cross-program Change Manager, you’ll help drive engagement and readiness across three key streams — HCM, Finance & Payroll, and ICT. This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone with a few years’ experience looking to build depth in enterprise-scale change.
Support a large-scale ERP transformation across a leading education organisation, coordinating change activities across multiple streams of work. This role will suit someone with 2–4 years of experience in Change or Project environments who enjoys working in fast-paced, collaborative settings and supporting senior change leads on enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement sessions, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update the change project plan, reports, risks, and issues in MS Project, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
- Prepare and quality-assure change reporting, packs, and communication materials.
- Support change measurement and engagement activities, including surveys and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Maintain documentation, artefacts and SharePoint content for the Change and Communications team.
What you will have done

2–4 years’ experience as a Change Analyst or Change and Program Coordinator. This role requires experience in Change Management very specificially, only Project Coordination experience will not be considered

2–4 years’ experience supporting enterprise change or transformation projects.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint; JIRA and Canva/Adobe skills desirable.
- Exposure to ERP or large transformation programs in education or similar complex environments highly regarded.
