IDAM Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDAM)? About the Role

As the IDAM Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions within an SAP ERP environment.
• Oversee how identities are managed across multiple systems, ensuring secure and efficient access for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize identity management processes.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot challenges related to identity management and access control while maintaining compliance with security standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of IDAM tools and frameworks.
• Experience working in banking environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred but not essential; broader ERP experience will also be considered.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing technical complexities.
