IDAM Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDAM)? Do you have the skills to manage complex programs and ensure seamless identity solutions within a complex banking environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of IDAM principles, and experience working with enterprise systems.

About the Role

As the IDAM Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions within a big 4 bank here in Australia.
  • Oversee how identities are managed across multiple systems, ensuring secure and efficient access for users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize identity management processes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot challenges related to identity management and access control while maintaining compliance with security standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IDAM tools and frameworks.
  • Experience working in banking or financial service environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems is preferred but not essential; broader general ERP experience will also be considered.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing technical complexities.
