Agile Delivery Lead

Their major Transformation Program is a key strategic initiative that sets an ambitious vision to reshape how the organisation designs courses, assures learning outcomes, and facilitate learning in the context of a changing world, changing students, and changing demands on organisations. This multi-year, whole-of-institution program responds to the rapid advancements in technology, particularly the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the changing needs of students and the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use agile techniques to support progress and enable project outcomes to be met
• Lead the planning, sequencing and execution of delivery activities for teams
• Enable cross functional collaboration between business SME's, vendors and system owners
• Coach team members on practical Agile and hybrid practices
• Work with business owners, tech specialists, vendors and system owners to coordinate delivery across multiple platforms and teams
• Ensure risks and decisions are rectified early

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead on a transformation piece of work
• Excellent influencing and engagement capability with cross functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery is met
• Strong communication capabilities
• Relevant Agile qualifications/certifications
